Those returning to the Para Swimming World Championships pool include Bethany Firth (S14) World and Paralympic Champion, Maisie Summers-Newton (S6) World and Paralympic Champion, and Stephen Clegg (S12) World Champion.

Joining the above trio that dominated the World Championships last year, are fellow World Champions Ellie Challis (S3), Grace Harvey (S6), and Poppy Maskill (S14) for whom this summers’ championships are on their doorstep – with three being based at Manchester’s Performance Centre.

This will be the 11th edition of the Para Swimming World Championships and the third time Great Britain has hosted – most recently hosting in 2019 where the championships were held in London.

It is set to be an exciting championship, with many British medal hopefuls. Tickets are not yet available to buy, however when they are they will be available here.
